A young boy hides in the attic, peering through a window. Fear shadows him, yet curiosity pulls him closer, as he habitually fiddles with the frame, gazing and dreaming of the world beyond. Occasionally, a random beam of light sneaks in, tearing a sudden rift in the long-standing darkness. This was his first twenty years of growing up.

This self-published book marks the beginning of Bo’s photographic practice, featuring the first ten rolls of film he shot. Through a narrative rhythm that moves between night and day, Bo constructs a time tunnel for his memories. In this visual archive, scattered memories are rearranged. Amid the mingling of private emotions and traces of the past, Bo explores themes of self-identity and the dislocation of time. The attic, once a hidden space, has become a metaphorical darkroom — a place to project, record, and ultimately reimagine inner landscapes.
